In the standard of a chef restaurant, in our catering we bring the best local ingredients and combine them into dishes of southern Italian cuisine with an emphasis on the magical Puglia region. Everything is the freshest, closest and most personal there is. Just like Italian food should be.
Our menu is a light and cheerful version of Southern Italian cuisine with a focus on the cuisine of the Paliazi. The unique location of this region in Southern Italy dictates a warm and happy Mediterranean cuisine that has been influenced over the years by Balkan, Northern Italian and even Spanish and Moorish cuisines.
Along with all of this, the most important influence for us has always been and will be the Land of Israel. This is where we live and therefore the menu is seasonal, fresh, changing and built for each customer and their needs.
