In the standard of a chef's restaurant, in our catering we bring the best local ingredients and combine them into dishes of southern Italian cuisine with an emphasis on the magical Puglia region. Everything is the freshest, closest and most personal. Just like Italian food should be.
We acquired our love for the land of the boot at Aspeta over more than a decade of guiding tours (to this day) in Italy in general and the southern Puglia region in particular. A rural and peaceful region, dotted with farms, ports and ancient towns that have preserved their authentic character. With rich experience from the world of leading restaurants in Israel, we chose to focus on combining the two loves of cuisine and Italy.
